Nearly two years after attempting to obtain Juno Beach, Florida permits, and the documented interference of then Florida’s Chief of the Bureau of Archaeological Research, Charlie Christ, the former Governor of Florida, offers Seafarer a settlement. As part of the settlement Seafarer will end up receiving their 1A-31 Recovery Permit on April 25th, 2011.
