After raising the money, purchasing the ship, equipment, and taking the Company public through a reverse merger as Seafarer, the Company learned their 50/50 partner, Tulco Resources, did in fact not have, nor could not acquire the necessary recovery permit for the Juno Beach, Florida site. Mr. Kennedy then learned the State of Florida had not given out a new recovery permit in over 20 years. Thus began a difficult and expensive journey.
